Exchanges:

We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be returned in unworn and resalable condition, including the shoe/boot box. When trying on shoes, walk only on carpeted surfaces to avoid scuffing the soles.
• Include a note inside the package with your exchange request.

·         Costs of returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer. You would be paying for the shipping, and we would pay for the reshipping with what you requested.

Return Information:

We understand that sometimes there is a need to return an item. We offer free returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can ask for a return within 30 days of the order. First, send us a message through our website, Soliscalzado.com, with your request, and we will send you a return label. All items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. We will refund you as soon as we receive the item back. Shipping costs are not refundable.
