  • FREESHIPPING: Standard shipping is free for orders over 150$.
  • Delivery times: Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping: 1 to 3 business day. Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's location, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Order confirmation and tracking: Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your confirmation and a link to track your shipment. You can check the status of your package at any time.
  • Coverage Areas: We ship nationwide. For certain areas, such as remote or difficult to access locations, delivery times may be extended.
  • Delays and shipping Issues policy: We strive to meet our delivery times. However, if there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible with update information. If your order does not arrive within the indicated time frame, you may contact us for assistance. 
  • Address change: If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our costumer service within 8 hours or before your items are been shipped out.
  • Undelivered or Lost packages: If you packages is not delivered due to issues attributable to the shipping service, we will manage a replacement or refund as appropriate.
