Returns and Exchanges Information:
We understand that sometimes there is a need to return or exchange an item. We gladly accept all returns for exchange under the following terms and conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery or receipt, depending on the policy of the specific item.
Items must be returned in unworn, new, and resalable condition with the original packaging and tags attached. Please ensure that shoe boxes are included and not damaged.
When trying on shoes, please walk only on carpeted surfaces to avoid scuffing the soles.
